Group Duty Patrols

Sea Scout Groups are expected to carry out approximately four Duty Patrol during the course of a year.  These Patrols carry out ongoing preventative maintenance at the Base, as well as enhancements for everyone to enjoy.  

The Duty Patrols offer excellent opportunities for Patrol activities and Troop/Group team building.  Adult members of the Groups are encouraged to attend, and thereby earn points for their Group towards the Tyneside Trophy, awarded annually a the Sea Scout AGM.

If Groups are unable to attend a particular Duty Patrol, they can arrange to change dates with one of the other Groups, or alternatively arrange another date with the Port Captain.

All of the duties are on Saturdays, unless otherwise mentioned.
