The Sea Scout Base is equipped with ideal
facilities and caters for large or small groups of visitors.
Numerous international Scout and Guide Groups have visited the Base and their
impressions have all been favourable.

The
Bunk House:
The bunk house has twenty bunks and has it's own galley for
cooking.
Boat
Sheds: Most of these are fitted out with bunks and can be used for
Winter camping at the Base
The
Point: Ideal camping for Troop or
Patrol camps.
Neville
Coxon Hall: The hall is ideal for functions and can seat 100 people for a
dinner with space for dancing.
The
Kitchen:
Directly attached to the hall with a serving hatch, the Base galley is
equipped with an industrial stove, refrigerator, chip fryers, food
warmers, large preparation and serving area.
Ablution
Facilities:
The base has separate hot/cold water showers and toilets for girls and
boys.
Other
Facilities:
There is a large braai area as well as a gaming area for games such as
volleyball, etc.
