How to get there

From the airport, follow the N2 to the M3 and follow M3 South to Muizenberg.

When the M3 ends, turn left, then right at the next traffic light, which takes you on to Main Road.

After a couple of kilometres on the Main Road, take the turn off left to Sandvlei at the traffic light (Uxbridge Road).

Cross the railway, and get to the stop street at the T-Junction. In front of you is the Yacht Club.

Turn left (Promenade Road), and after a short distance you will see two buildings to your right next to the water. One is the Naval building, the other the Sea Scout Base.

Turn off to your right. The road becomes a dirt road which leads you right in front of the Sea Scout base.
