Pow Wow 2010

Welcome to Pow Wow 2010, Mystery Safari, to be held in the beautiful Eastern Cape.

Your Safari accommodation will be at Sumcay, the malaria free, private youth centre situated on the banks of the Swartkops River, just outside Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape of South Africa.

Mystery Safari will lead you on a journey like never before. We will still have opportunity to share dreams and ideas and take part in activities never before offered on Pow Wow. THIS Pow Wow is all about action and the outdoors.

Delegates arrive: Friday 23 April, 2010
Official opening: Saturday 24 April 11h00
Closing: Monday 26 April, after the banquet
Depart: Tuesday 27 April, after breakfast

Cost: R800 per person, excluding travel expenses. This will include ALL accommodation costs from 23 April to 27 April 2010, as well as all tours and activities etc during the weekend.

Closing date: 30 November 2009.
A deposit of R300 is payable on registration.
The balance of payment is due no later than 28 February 2010.

All applications must be submitted via the APC Cub Programme in your Province.
