"To celebrate their 21st birthday the 1st Claremont Wolf Cub Pack, who were the first to be formed in South Africa, entertained all the Wolf Cubs of the Claremont and Rondebosch districts on Saturday. In the photograph District Cubmaster C. Fudge, who was a member of the original pack in 1914, is seen distributing gas-filled balloons, 21 of which were liberated by the boys."
