Natural beauty abounds on the property, 95% of which is comprised
of undisturbed fynbos of exceptionally high biodiversity conservation
value in the Cape Floristic Plant Kingdom. The farm is an important water
catchment area and an area of transition from lowland to mountain fynbos.
The farm also forms part of an important buffer zone for the neighbouring
Limietberg Nature Reserve managed by Cape Nature.
